Vexus Awards Scholarships To 15 High School Seniors
LUBBOCK, Tx. – May 29, 2024 – Vexus Fiber, a leading provider of high-speed fiber-optic internet, is proud to announce the recipients of its scholarship program aimed at supporting educational pursuits in rural Texas communities. A total of $37,500 in scholarships, with $2,500 awarded to each of the 15 deserving high school students, has been granted to assist them in pursuing their aspirations beyond high school.
The Vexus Fiber Scholarship Program was established in 2018 to provide financial assistance to outstanding students who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievements, leadership qualities, and a commitment to making a positive impact in their communities. By investing in the educational pursuits of these talented individuals, Vexus Fiber aims to empower the next generation of leaders and innovators in Texas.

The scholarship funds can be used to cover various educational expenses, including tuition, books, fees, and other related costs. By providing financial assistance, Vexus Fiber aims to remove barriers to higher education and empower students to reach their career goals. Established under Chapter 74 of the Texas Property Code, the Vexus Scholarship Program has awarded more than $180,000 since its inception in 2018. The scholarships are awarded directly to the respective educational institutions where the students have been accepted.
