Why am I not receiving my bill via email?

If you have enrolled in Paperless Billing you must take a final step of setting up your online account here. You will not receive e-statements until this account setup is complete. If you are still not receiving your statement via email please double check the email listed in your account for accuracy and check your email Spam folder to ensure the statement is not being blocked. If you are still having issues please call, text or chat with us for assistance.

Can I earn money by referring my friends to Vexus?

You will need to register for Web Self Care. Once you have registered, you will be able to access your online account, view your profile, subscribed to services, and make payments online.
