FEATURE PACK 1:
Caller ID Name & Number: This feature allows you to see the name and phone number of any incoming calls.
Caller ID on Call Waiting: The customer will receive notification of the new caller ID when a call is in progress and a new incoming call arrives.
Call Waiting: The customer will receive notification when a call is in progress and a new incoming call arrives.
Call Forwarding: This feature forwards all calls regardless of whether the line is busy or there is no reply.
Three-Way Calling: This feature allows the customer to talk to two other people on the same call (both other people must have three-way calling).
Remote Access to Call Forwarding: This feature allows the customer to access and change their call forwarding configuration from any phone.
Speed Dial 8: This feature lets the customer call up to 8 frequently used numbers by dialing one digit (#s 2-8).
FEATURE PACK 2:
Call Forwarding Busy:This feature forwards calls if the line is busy.
Call Forward Busy/Don’t Answer:This feature forwards calls if the line is busy and there is no reply within a specified amount of rings.
Call Return:This feature rings the number of the most recent incoming call.
Anonymous Call Rejection:This feature automatically rejects incoming calls for which the caller’s number is withheld.
Auto Redial:This feature retries an outgoing call that was not connected successfully. If the call was incomplete because of a busy signal, the call will automatically be set up when both lines are free.
Priority Call:This feature alerts the customer to incoming calls from specific phone numbers by using a distinctive ring tone.
Call Blocker:This feature automatically rejects calls coming in from particular phone numbers.
Selective Call Acceptance:This feature allows the screening of incoming calls through a specific list that the customer creates of numberS which they are willing to accept. Numbers not on that list will receive an automated message stating the customer is not currently accepting calls.
Selective Call Forwarding:This feature forwards calls from specific calling numbers.
Simultaneous Call Forwarding:This feature allows the customer to forward multiple calls simultaneously to another designated phone number.
Speed Dial 30:This feature lets the customer call up to 30 frequently used numbers by dialing two digits (#s 20-49).
Third Party Billing Restriction:This allows the customer to block third parties from billing calls to your phone number.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES AVAILABLE:
900/976 Call Restriction:This blocks incoming calls from 900 and 976 numbers. These are numbers used by organizations like psychics or adult hotlines for which prices charged are much higher than normal.
Call Transfer:This feature allows you to relocate an existing telephone call to another phone using a transfer button and dialing the required location.
Dial-Around Restriction:This allows the customer to restrict dial-around service where you can choose to make a long distance call through an alternative provider with a different rate.
Directory Assistance Restriction:This will block 1411 and 1NPA5551212 calls.
Directory Listing Non-Listed:Non-Listed means the customer’s phone number will not be listed in the phone book. However, it will be available if someone requests it through Directory Assistance.
Directory Listing Non-Published:This means the customer’s phone number will not be listed in the phone book or available through Directory Assistance.
Foreign Exchange Service:This feature will provide a local Lubbock number to a business in Wolfforth to use to place calls to Lubbock at a local calling rate. (*only available in Wolfforth)
Telebranch:A telebranch is an assigned phone number that does not actually exist, but points to another existing phone number.
Toll Restriction:This allows the customer to restrict outgoing toll calls.
Voicemail Basic:This is voicemail service with standard features that a customer can use to access voicemails, change their greeting, etc.
Voicemail Basic with Hunt:This is voicemail service as described above, except with additional features. For example, if someone calls and there is no one to answer, instead of sending the call to voicemail, you could have the call roll over to another number where someone could answer it.
NOTE: It is recommended that any lines that are intended to be connected to a key system be ordered and installed with no hook flash based features or Call Waiting. These would be features like Three-Way Calling, Call Transfer and Voicemail. These features are generally provided within the key system. Activation of these features may interfere with the operation of the key system. However, this is not always the case and it is very important that customer needs are accurately determined when selling to customers with key systems.
